The Paso Robles History Museum and El Paso de Robles Historical Society are dedicated to providing an inclusive experience for every guest. We continually work to improve accessibility at our physical location and on this website, and we welcome your feedback to help us do better.

 

Visiting the Museum
 

Our museum is located at 800 12th Street, Paso Robles, CA 93446, in the heart of downtown. We have made a number of accommodations to ensure all guests can enjoy our exhibits and collections.

 

• Accessible Entrance

• Step-free entry at our main entrance on 12th Street, with level access throughout the ground floor.

• Accessible Parking

• ADA-compliant parking spaces are available nearby on 12th Street and in adjacent downtown lots.

• Accessible Restrooms

• Docent Assistance

• Our knowledgeable docents are happy to personally guide any visitor who would benefit from additional support.

Research Library Access
 

The Virginia Peterson Research Library is open to everyone and houses a diverse collection of materials documenting the history of Paso Robles and the surrounding area. Library staff and volunteers are available to assist researchers who need support accessing materials.
 

If you require specific accommodations to conduct research — such as assistance retrieving materials, digital scans of documents, or extra time — please contact us ahead of your visit so we can arrange appropriate support.
