Research Services At The Paso Robles History Museum
The Paso Robles Area Historical Society & Museum volunteers are happy to help assist you with your local research! If doing your own research is not preferable or possible, our team can support your research efforts. For a small fee, our team will make every effort to help you find what you're looking for. While we can't guarantee results, we will document all sources consulted when assisting with your research.
Research Services Process

Request Support
Fill out the Research Request form. Once it is received, one of our research volunteers will contact you to define the research question(s) and estimate the time required to complete the research.

Submit Payment
Before work begins, payment must be complete. By paying for the work, you agree to the terms and conditions written here. You can pay here.
03
Research
Research will use the Society’s collections and research databases. You may be contacted with additional questions. Should further time be needed to complete the research request, you will be notified, at which time you may be asked if you would like to continue and agree to payment for further hours of research.
04
Report
The research volunteer will prepare a summary of findings either in email format or by hard copy, which may include photocopies of relevant documents and suggestions.
Research Services Costs
Every payment goes directly to helping support the research library and the Paso Robles History Museum. Additional donations are appreciated!
Members get the first 2 hours of research support FREE. Each additional hour is only $10, with photo scans at $5, and photocopies and digital reel use are by donation.
